Bespoke Glass Pieces at Jerpoint Glass

We specialise in making handmade glassware for the home but every now and then a special custom glassware project comes along that we cannot resist.

We have been fortunate to work with some great Irish and international artists and designers to create some amazing custom made glass including a Chandelier commissioned by Glasshammer Design, made with long twists of glass incorporated into a light fixture and suspended in the home of a private collector.

“Cloud” is a glass sphere installation by artist Joy Gerrard commissioned by the Office of Public Works. Joy suspended 1000 custom made glass spheres thirty feet above ground
in the foyer of the Government building in Waterford; she
was amazed (as were we) that when she dropped one from that height it simply bounced!
